Hello. This afternoon, Mark, from GSW, came to my home to track down an electrical problem. All I can say is….what terrific service! And how refreshing. First, Mark asked me to give him as much information as possible about the problem. From that point, Mark worked efficiently and effectively, finding the cause of the problem and correcting it…pronto!
What a nice surprise…a courteous, knowledgeable technician who treats the customer fairly and explains every step of the repair. I’ll be calling again the next time I need electrical repair.
